"The first half of this workshop will help the prenatal mother and partner prepare for birth with yoga sequences, breath awareness and restorative postures. The second half of the workshop will emphasize partner massage, combining Swedish, Deep tissue, Shiatsu and Thai massage techniques. Partner work will help to reduce tension and discomfort, improve sleep, increase circulation, and deepen the connection with each other and baby during this extraordinary time, as well as be an enormous benefit during labor.
Pregnant people should wear loose, comfortable clothes, preferably shorts & partners should wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for moving around. "
